Meet the Designer

Monique brings a globally inspired perspective to interior design, shaped by her time in the Caribbean and a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. With a background in leadership and transformation, she’s known for her intuitive approach, thoughtful listening, and eye for design that feels as good as it looks. Her clients appreciate her ability to turn their stories into soulful, stylish interiors that truly reflect their lives.

Westlake is a well-established suburb located about 12 miles west of downtown Cleveland, with a population of around 34,200 (2020 census). It’s known for its high quality of life, featuring top-tier public schools, an array of scenic parks and recreational facilities, strong household incomes (median ~$110K), and vibrant mixed-use hubs like Crocker Park that blend shopping, dining, living, and community events.

Westlake Resources:

Westlake–Westshore Arts Council. This regional arts council brings diverse programming—galleries, music, theater, and public art—to Westlake and nearby communities. The site reflects the local creative scene and supports designers in connecting with arts-driven aesthetic inspiration.

Westlake Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the city’s heritage (including the Clague House museum). It offers insights into historic architecture, preservation efforts, and community events. It’s a valuable source for designers engaged in period-informed renovations or seeking vintage style cues.
